Small Animal Medicine And Surgery, Nursing And Practice Management On The Bill At VetsSouth 2018
Delegates are being encouraged to take advantage of time-limited Early Bird Offers for VetsSouth 2018 which takes place on 7 and 8 February in Exeter. According to the organiser, 5m Publishing, it will feature world-class speakers and will offer a minimum of 27 hours of CPD. Delegates will also benefit from an additional six months’ online CPD free of charge.
Already a focal point in the veterinary calendar, VetsSouth features three streams: Small Animal Medicine, Small Animal Surgery and Nursing/Practice Management. An exhibition showcasing the latest products and services to the veterinary profession will run alongside the conference. It will feature demonstrations of pioneering techniques and equipment from exhibitors, including iM3.
In one of many new features for 2018, delegates can also sign up for a free six-month subscription to Bitesize, an online educational platform offering convenient 24/7 access to learners, launched in 2016 by veterinary CPD company Improve International. Veterinary surgeons will receive an additional 18 hours of free CPD, whilst veterinary nurses will receive nine.
“At VetsSouth we aim to offer the highest quality CPD in a relaxed atmosphere which provides plenty of opportunity for interaction between delegates, speakers and thought leaders,” explains Mr Matt Colvan, Event Director: “The programme was developed following feedback from our previous delegates and focuses on the areas they highlighted as priorities for learning and on emerging areas of practice.” For more information visit www.vetssouth.com or call 01793 208065.
