The Webinar Vet And Pedigree's Extraction Webinar Tops 1000 Live Attendance

Over 1000 vets tuned in live last month to listen to Rachel Perry BSc, BVM&S, MANZCVS (Small Animal Dentistry & Oral Surgery) give a live webinar on extractions. Hosted by The Webinar Vet and sponsored by Pedigree the popular topic ‘A close up on extractions’ took everyone by storm. Dr Marie-Louise Bennett, technical marketing manager at Mars Petcare, comments: “We were delighted with the response and interest in the webinar, but not entirely surprised; we know that oral health issues are seen in practices every day. Four out of five dogs over the age of three suffer from periodontal disease and it’s important that we do all we can to assist the veterinary profession and dog owners in combating this painful condition, to help create a better world for pets. “Webinars are a brilliant way to deliver CPD. We are so pleased to be able to support the provision of high quality practical CPD to such a huge audience,” she concludes.
