Sian Williams iPad Mini Winner presented with her prize.
Three lucky vets walked away with iPad Minis after entering Royal Canin’s popular ‘Tornado Tunnel’ competition at BSAVA earlier this month.
Gilly Marsh from Stanley House Vets in Colne, Sian Williams from Southfield Vets in Cheshire and Cecilia Kallin from London’s Battersea Veterinary Clinic all won the top prize after visiting the pet food manufacturer’s stand at the annual event.
The iPad Minis were just some of the 900 prizes up for grabs to help Royal Canin promote its new cat owner education software, Catom. Experts were on hand to guide delegates through the software and demonstrate how the unique tool can support Vets and Vet Nurses when giving explanations to cat owners during consultations.
Lindsay Calcraft, Royal Canin’s Veterinary Marketing Manager explained: “By promoting the Catom software, we were able to show delegates how to ‘bring to life’ a cat’s illness or injury through annotating x-rays and images. We also took the opportunity to promote our annual ‘Weigh in Club’ competition to help cats and dogs lose weight safely to those visitors to our stand.”
