Last year saw an impressive 40 per cent sales growth over the previous year for Vetsonic, fertility scanner specialists and a manufacturer and supplier of exclusive veterinary products. Its directors, Ray Rochester and Kimmo Atkinson, decided to celebrate reaching a £2.5 million annual turnover by holding a special lunch for their staff and guests.
Vetsonic currently works in the large animal pharmaceutical business, but it has recently launched a five-year plan for the company’s continued expansion into the small animal veterinary market.
Part of the company’s forward-thinking strategy is the appointment to the Vetsonic Board of its cattle fertility technician and sales executive, Clare Walsh. Clare, who is 24 years old, has a BSc Hons in Animal Science and joined the company in 2010.More from
