26th – 28th January
Telford International Conference Centre
We shall be returning to Telford once again to enjoy the bigger and better setting for the most popular event of the VPMA year. I hope everyone will come and join us for what I am sure will be another enjoyable and informative weekend.
We are continuing with the new format, better integration with our sponsors and trade representatives and the popular workshops, thus enhancing the theme of greater delegate participation.
We have taken on board our members’ comments from last year and are now offering introductory lectures and more advanced workshops, as well as some inspirational and interactive sessions. Hopefully this will provide something of interest to everyone. In addition to this, we are offering day delegate rates so you can choose to attend just a day or the whole Congress.
For Congress 2007 the lectures are targeted at those new to practice management and to administration staff. The workshops will be more advanced and will provide opportunities for delegates to discuss their particular issues. The inspirational sessions, new this year, aim to provide a different perspective, are more interactive and aim to broaden delegates’ horizons!
Congress Highlights:
Opening speech "Meeting life's challenges and winning" by Bob Champion, MBE
Keynote speech "Increasing your profits through client relationship marketing" by Professor Adrian Payne, Cranfield School of Management
