‘What Pet Owners Want From Their Vets’ Webinar

The free webinar follows recent research into the perceptions of clients and vets on what attributes constitute a ‘good vet’¹ which revealed a distinct mismatch between their thoughts. The CPD event will highlight these differences and the steps veterinary professionals can take to address them.
