Catherine Piggott with her dog, MabelMs Catherine Piggott, veterinary surgeon at Wilson Vet Group in County Durham, has won a year’s free subscription to Vet’ Care Consult™ after signing up for My Virbac, the new online services portal from Virbac at BSAVA Congress.    Vet’ Care Consult is an interactive tool which uses 3D images to help veterinary staff explain diagnostic and therapeutic options to clients during a consultation. It is just one of the many services available to practices using the My Virbac portal.   Commenting on her win, Ms Catherine Piggott said:  “I am excited about using Vet’ Care Consult. As part of our job is helping people to understand what is happening with their pet, I think it will be instrumental in improving clients' understanding of their pet's condition and showing them how they can help. In turn, we should be able to give even better treatment to our patients.  The more clients understand, the more they want to be involved in the treatment of their animal so I think we will see improved compliance. Our students will benefit from it as well - it will be a great visual aid for teaching!
