The international animal charity SPANA is appealing for members of the veterinary profession to sign up to this year’s Brighton Marathon in aid of the charity.
SPANA has a limited number of places still available for the event on Sunday 14 April, which features one of the most beautiful marathon routes in the country.
Runners who sign up with SPANA are asked to pay a £40 registration fee and to raise sponsorship of at least £300 to help the charity provide more free veterinary treatment to working horses, donkeys, mules and camels in some of the world’s poorest countries.
