Zoetis will unveil a coordinated package of support designed to help veterinary clinics to improve workflows, strengthen decision-making and enhance client engagement at London Vet Show 2025. The announcements will include the launch of Vetscan Imagyst® AI Masses, the debut of a new Communications Support Programme, and a continued focus on dermatology, pain management, and pet owner engagement.

Oya Canbas, Vice President and General Manager at Zoetis, said: “Veterinary teams are navigating more complexity than ever – from clinical decisions to client expectations. With over seven decades of experience and a strong foundation in science and purpose, Zoetis is well positioned to support practices with practical tools, trusted treatments, and communication resources that help meet today’s challenges in everyday care. We are committed to supporting the veterinarian industry with value-adding partnerships, driven by innovation.”

Vetscan Imagyst® AI Masses

Following successful rollouts in the US, Australia and Europe, the event marks the UK launch of the new cytologic capability for Vetscan Imagyst®, AI Masses. The new indication detects potentially cancerous cells, delivering fast, accurate1,2 in-clinic screening of common lymph node and skin/subcutaneous masses in minutes. For veterinary teams, this facilitates more confident treatment decisions and faster results, contributing towards improved workflows and better patient outcomes. For added diagnostic confidence, users can send samples to board-certified clinical pathologists via the Digital Cytology’s add-on expert review service, delivering results within hours.*,3 A total of seven unique testing applications makes Vetscan Imagyst the world’s most capable veterinary artificial intelligence (AI) analyser. It further demonstrates how AI and human expertise are working together to better support in-clinic diagnosis.

Communications Support Programme

A new Communications Support Programme, developed in response to Zoetis’ Vet Workforce Review, Transforming Veterinary Practice for the 21st Century whitepaper, will be brought to life in lectures and with a dedicated panel discussion. The whitepaper highlights the pressures facing veterinary teams today, including the need to communicate effectively with an increasingly informed and engaged public. The programme draws on a multi-phase research initiative conducted by Zoetis and will be delivered in partnership with Onswitch, a specialist in veterinary communication. Its aim is to help veterinary professionals strengthen client relationships, enhance patient care, and support a more sustainable workplace.

Pain and Dermatology portfolio

In addition to diagnosis and communications, Zoetis will also showcase its diverse portfolio of medicines. As trusted partner for proven dermatology solutions, Zoetis will focus at London Vet Show on its broad dermatology portfolio (including Apoquel®, Cytopoint®, and Apoquel Chewable). Another focus area is treatments for osteoarthritis (OA) pain in dogs and cats, Librela® (bedinvetmab) and Solensia® (frunevetmab). These therapeutics play a critical role in supporting veterinary teams with treatment decisions, forming part of Zoetis’s end-to-end clinical support offering.

Pet Owner Engagement

The team at the Zoetis stand can also walk attendees through iRecall, its advanced client communication platform designed to strengthen the bond between veterinary practices and pet owners. iRecall provides personalised pet health education, timely reminders, and gathers client feedback. The service supports practices extend care beyond the clinic and drive better compliance, loyalty, and business results - all fully automatically to make practice life easier. iRecall Lifecare Dermatology and Osteoarthritis help practices raise awareness of these conditions and support pet owners in recognising and managing them. Both services prompt earlier intervention and ensure ongoing care, which is essential for managing lifelong conditions.

Zoetis will return to stand N50 at the London Vet Show, held at ExCeL London on 20–21 November. If you’d like to speak to one of the iRecall experts in more detail, you will find them on stand N66.

Zoetis Learning Academy Room

In addition to its on-stand presence, Zoetis will host the Zoetis Learning Academy in the Platinum Suite (Level 3), featuring a programme of expert-led lectures on OA pain management, dermatology, parasitology, diagnostics and communications lectures.

A standout feature of this year’s agenda is a dedicated panel discussion centred on Transforming veterinary practice: From insight to action on workforce wellbeing. The session will bring together leading voices from across the sector to explore how veterinary professionals can be better supported in today’s modern practice. It will unpack each pillar of transformation outlined in the whitepaper and introduce the Communications Support Programme, a practical initiative designed to help close the skills gap. Speakers will include Julia Von Gablenz, Regional President of EME at Zoetis; Richard Goldstein, Chief Medical Officer at Zoetis; Anne Criel, President at FECAVA; Lucy Dobree, BVA representative for East of England; Oya Cabas, Vice President and General Manager Zoetis UK; and Edwina Gildea, Senior Director, Head of Medical Portfolio Support at Zoetis.

Vetscan Imagyst is the only commercially available analyser on the market offering seven testing capabilities.
