Zoetis UK today announced the addition of Simon Dunne as Companion Animal Business Director. Simon brings a comprehensive understanding of the companion animal sector and commercial expertise to the position with experience working with companies including Royal Canin. In this role Mr Dunne will lead the strategic direction and operational management of Zoetis’ Companion Animal Business Division across the UK, reporting directly to General Manager at Zoetis UK Oya Canbas.

Simon’s appointment as the Companion Animal Business Unit Director is effective from November 2023. His leadership is anticipated to steer Zoetis UK's Companion Animal Division towards continued success and innovation.

Most recently, Simon served as Sales & Marketing Director for UK and Ireland for Mars Petcare’s Royal Canin Professional and Vet Channel.Under his leadership, Royal Canin defended and strengthened its leading position in the UK market through customer partnerships and building on the talent agenda. Prior to that he had a varied career ranging across Europe and Asia with functional and strategic roles in marketing, commercial and operations for companies such as Unilever and Keelings.
