Hard Work Recognised At National SQP Awards
Wherry Veterinary Group, part of IVC Evidensia, are celebrating a double whammy at the National SQP Awards for 2019.
Not only was Dawn Prime, senior animal care assistant, highly commended as Companion Animal SQP of the Year, but she also won the overall title of National SQP of the Year!
Dawn was up against some stiff competition with this year’s awards. John Lewis, chairman of the organiser of the awards said he was delighted with the number and high quality of the entries for this 2nd year of the awards.
“We received a record number of entries across all categories, which is testament to the importance that SQPs place on these industry awards, recognising best practice.”
Wendy Baylis-Womack, practice manager at Wherry Veterinary Group said she couldn’t be happier for Dawn.
“We are very proud of Dawn winning both titles. It’s testament to her hard work and the fantastic support we offer our staff with their continued development.”
Dawn said,
“To be a finalist in the SQP awards was a great achievement but to win two awards was amazing and very unexpected. I am very proud of my achievements, not just for me but also for the practice.”
