IAMS Sensitive Naturals and IAMS Simple & Natural Join IAMS Healthy Naturals to Offer Pet Parents More Choices When Looking for Holistic Natural Nutrition
In response to growing demand for natural, wholesome nutrition, leading pet food maker IAMS unveiled today the expansion of its IAMS Naturals family with the addition of two new recipes: Sensitive Naturals and Simple & Natural. These two new products join IAMS Healthy Naturals, launched in 2007, which offers four recipes for dogs and three for cats.
The IAMS Sensitive Naturals recipe is designed with ocean fish as the first ingredient and is ideal for dogs with ingredient sensitivities, which affects up to 25 percent of all dogs. IAMS Simple & Natural is made for dogs with chicken as the first ingredient for 100 percent nutrition and zero percent filler.
“Consistent with our heritage of excellence, we worked closely with our animal nutritionists to develop recipes that meet the needs of dog owners who are looking for a natural, healthy pet food. We are excited to now offer IAMS Naturals to those consumers who are looking for a natural dog food without meat by-products**, corn, wheat, or soy,” said Jeffrey Metzner, brand manager, IAMS North America. “Like all IAMS Naturals products, these two new recipes are made with just what pets need to be healthy inside with no fillers and no artificial preservatives, artificial colors, or artificial flavors.”
New IAMS Sensitive Naturals uses fish as the primary ingredient (haddock, cod and flounder) for a source of high-quality protein not typically found in dog food, whereas IAMS Simple & Natural has real chicken as its primary ingredient. Rice and barley offer a combination of carbohydrates for both dry kibble recipes, and, like all IAMS Naturals products, each includes the following:3233 views
