A Lifetime Care Club, providing complete healthcare for pet owners, has been launched by member practices of the independent veterinary group, XLVets.

The healthcare scheme is available for owners of dogs, cats and rabbits and will provide regular health assessments, annual vaccinations, flea and worming treatments, free microchipping, and treatment discounts, says XLVets small animal brand manager, Ann Mottram.

“Developed by XLVets members in collaboration to help practices deliver a high quality of veterinary care, the Lifetime Care Club offers clients year round pet health care, administered via a simple Direct Debit scheme,” says Ann.

XLVets Member practice, Wright and Morten, has been successfully running its pet health club for four years and is delighted with the additional benefits of the new scheme. Practice manager Sue Wilson explains: “The scheme offers clients the opportunity to pay for preventative health care via direct debit over twelve months. This not only spreads the cost for our clients, but it also ensures that their pets receive regular flea and worm products throughout the year in conjunction with a host of other benefits along the way.”

Sue says the practice jumped at the opportunity to re-launch with the new scheme. “The collaboration between practices within the XLVets group to create this client care club scheme demonstrates the benefits of working together, exploring new ideas and sharing experiences within the group,” she adds.
