Mill House Vets Are Confirmed As Outstanding In All Six RCVS Practice Standards Scheme Awards

Mill House Veterinary Hospital continues to go from strength to strength as it is judged ‘Outstanding’ by RCVS in all six of the Practice Standards Scheme awards.
The King’s Lynn based Hospital is celebrating with the recent announcement that it has been judged ‘Outstanding’ in the following categories:
- Emergency and Critical Care
- Patient Consultation
- Team and Professional Responsibility
Adding to the three ‘Outstanding’ awards they already held from 2015:
- Client Services
- In-Patient Service
- Diagnostic Service
Mill House is the only practice in Norfolk and one of only 2 practices in the country to have achieved all six outstanding awards as part of the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme, adding to their impressive list of awards – having also won Petplan’s Vet Practice of the Year twice.

To achieve this in all six awards is a magnificent achievement for the team, of whom I am extremely proud. The assessors look at what goes on behind the scenes, scrutinising our standard of care for all patients and their owners. In addition, the award for Team and Professional Responsibility is absolutely superb. We are delighted to have our high standards acknowledged in this way”.
