Rabbit Awareness Week (formally Burgess National Rabbit Week) is an annual event which aims to raise public awareness on rabbit health and welfare. Rabbits are now Britian's third most popular but one of the least understood. RAW 2010 is aimed at preventative healthcare, with emphasis on nutrition and obesity, as well as more well known topics such as vaccinations and worming. During RAW 2010, (26th April- 2nd May) we are offering free consultations for your rabbits where one of our vets will perform a full health check, and discuss some of the ways to ensure you have a happy, healthy hopper! If you would like to bring your rabbit along, please contact your usual branch to book an appointment, or come along during one of the open surgeries. For more information on RAW 2010, please gives us a ring, visit our webite, or visit their website at http://www.rabbitawarenessweek.co.uk/
