Onswitch Launches New Course For 2018 - 'Health Plans Made Easy'

'Health Plans Made Easy' is a new practical one-day CPD workshop from Onswitch, designed to embed both the confidence and skills required to communicate plans effectively with owners at every stage of their journey through a practice.
Health Plans are most successful when they sit comfortably within the practice's range of services, with benefits clearly visible to clients. 'Health Plans Made Easy' will help practice teams demonstrate how membership is a natural fit with the practice-client partnership, and features a simple, proven 5 Step process to structure telephone conversations with clients more effectively. Based on demand we've created a rolling monthly programme of one-day courses, packed full of practical tips and techniques to help practice teams discuss health care plans positively with clients. Each course runs from 10am until 4pm (with a pub lunch included) and is delivered by our highly knowledgeable trainers onboard Bertha, Onswitch's custom-built training bus."
