Planning A New Practice? Onswitch Launch New Monthly Business Planning Workshop

No stranger to helping individuals fulfil their dreams of opening a new practice, or working with established businesses to expand into new opportunities, Onswitch is delighted to announce the launch of a new programme of monthly business workshops. Each full-day session will be led by Alison Lambert and packed full of business planning techniques, real-world case studies and practical tips that will help anyone thinking about or working towards opening a veterinary practice optimise the success of their new venture.
With advance planning, and by following robust and proven processes, profitability after just a few months of opening is entirely feasible. In recent years Onswitch has worked with many practices pre-launch, helping them focus on maximising client pre-registrations and boosting footfall through effective and engaging launch activity. Workshops will give attendees the knowledge and skills to start marketing to potential clients with targeted brand messages six months out; as well as establishing key steps to take each month, up to and after launch. Delegates will also develop vital management competencies for the early months of trading; such as coaching, developing the customer experience and measuring team and business performance.

Each full-day monthly workshop will take place at Onswitch's offices in Grantham (centrally located and easily accessible by train and road). Numbers are limited to a maximum of 8 per session so there is plenty of time and space for exploration of any specific issues.
