Practice Manager's Passion Shines As Kidderminster Practice Set To Open Doors
A new primary care vet clinic in Kidderminster has appointed a practice manager to lead the team when its state-of-the-art surgery launches later this year.
Maggie and Marlow is set to open its doors on Monday, November 18, based at Prospect House in the town centre, with eight members of the team headed by Kidderminster local and practice manager Rhiannon Cartwright.
Rhiannon, who has worked as a vet nurse since 2009 and in management for nearly four years, said: “I’m really looking forward to working with a team of great professionals and support staff offering fantastic veterinary care in our new spacious clinic.
“I have lived in and around Kidderminster my whole life and love the area, so to be working here with such a passionate team and amazing facilities again is a dream.”
Following an extensive refit, Linnaeus-owned Maggie and Marlow will feature five consulting rooms, dental, X-ray and ultrasound suites, a laboratory and two surgical theatres.
Rhiannon said she and her new team are looking forward to helping deliver care to local patients and clients.
She said: “I’m really excited about the facilities, which will offer so much space for our clients.
“Everything has been really carefully thought out, from a cat-only waiting area to a bereavement room where families can say their goodbyes in a less clinical setting.
“We’re going to be offering one-on-one care which gets the best outcomes for patients and their families and for them to feel supported and advocated for.”
