Alison Sylvester has recently joined Quantum Vet Diagnostics as the Biochemistry Specialist. Alison brings with her 22 years experience in the chemistry industry both in the NHS and the private industry sector
Alison began her career working for NHS Princess Royal Hospital where she set up methods to detect Oligoclonal bands in CSF using Capillary Electrophoresis for an MSC project. She then progressed to Gordon Labs where she managed two private laboratories for a further two years, before joining Synermed Europe, where she ran their in-house lab and looked after the Field Service Technicians.
Alison moved to Quantum Vet Diagnostics in June this year and heads up the in-house laboratory providing support for the expanding customer base and field service technicians.
