Rosemary Avenue Vet Clinic in Enfield has won £200 of Frankie & Benny’s vouchers as winners of Ceva Animal Health’s annual fireworks waiting room display competition.

The hotly contested competition saw hundreds of veterinary practices around the country decorating their waiting rooms with fireworks-themed displays featuring ADAPTIL and FELIWAY, with practices gaining extra recognition if they built a den.

Rosemary Avenue was selected as the winner due to its innovative dens and hideaway for dogs and cats, which were made out of cardboard to illustrate what can be done in the home environment.  It was also praised for its use of blankets to dull the sound and light from fireworks and plugging in ADAPTIL and FELIWAY in close proximity to the dens and hideaway to demonstrate how they can help calm and reassure dogs and cats during the firework festivities.

Regional winners across the UK, which were each awarded a luxury chocolate hamper, were:

Abbie King, senior product manager for ADAPTIL and FELIWAY at Ceva Animal Health, comments: “The fireworks waiting room display competition is one of the highlights of our year with practices going above and beyond to decorate their waiting rooms with amazing creations that help educate their clients on what can be done in the home environment to calm and reassure pets during the fireworks festivities.  The Rosemary Avenue team were worthy winners.”
