Vikaly™ Is Awarded The ‘Easy To Give™’ Label By International Cat Care

Virbac is proud to announce that Vikaly™, the breakthrough innovation in the management of feline chronic kidney disease (CKD) and the world’s first 2-in-1 medicated food for cats, has been officially recognised by International Cat Care with their Easy to Give™ Award.
International Cat Care (iCatCare) is a global expert charity dedicated to improving feline welfare. It’s Easy to Give™ award is widely recognised across the veterinary and pet health sectors as a meaningful, welfare‑focused certification rather than a marketing label. The award is granted only to products that demonstrably support better treatment compliance by reducing the physical and emotional stress of administration for both cats and their caregivers.

Vikaly™ simplifies treatment by integrating benazepril, a trusted ACE inhibitor, directly into a clinical renal diet and delivers the same therapeutic dosage as benazepril tablets (0.5–1 mg/kg bodyweight/day). This eliminates the need to administer medication separately, improving treatment compliance and reducing stress for both cats and their owners.
