Following the recent appointment of Sean Henney BVM&S, CertSAD, MRCVS as a Clinical Director at Croft Vets, the group are delighted to announce a second exciting appointment at management level. Kathryn Pratschke MVB CertSAS MVM Dip ECVS MRCVS and RCVS and European Specialist in Small Animal Surgery, will join Croft Vets as a Clinical Director in August, working alongside Sean in this key strategic role at the thirteen-site practice.

The 70-strong team at Croft Vets is thrilled that the hugely experienced and highly regarded Ms Pratschke will soon be joining their ranks, as the practice moves forward with its long-held commitment to 'Care with excellence' for the pets and owners of the northeast.

Kathryn is certainly looking forward to this next stage exciting of her distinguished career: "I’ve been a referral surgeon for twenty years and a recognised specialist for fourteen, so I understand the challenges and opportunities involved in establishing a high quality soft tissue surgical referral service in the northeast. Driven by my clinical research interest in cancer in dogs and cats, I also aim to develop a specialist-led medical and surgical oncology referral service at Croft Vets, providing exemplary care for the region's pets."

Sean Henney added: "Personally, I could not be more thrilled that Kathryn is joining us. I know that she will be both a great asset to Croft, and a high-profile ambassador for our brand values. It's an exciting time for our practice, as we re-focus on delivering consistently excellent care, whilst developing enduring relationships with our clients and also with colleagues at referring practices."
