IVC Evidensia Expands White Cross Vets Network With Two New State-of-the-art Practices
Leading veterinary group IVC Evidensia has expanded its White Cross Vets network with the opening of two new practices in Coventry and Stanningley, strengthening its presence across the Midlands and North of England.
The Coventry practice, opened on 20 October, is headed up by Peter Dickson, a highly experienced vet with a special interest in exotic species, including small mammals, reptiles, and birds.
The Stanningley site opened on 3 November and is led by Rebecca Verity who specialises in orthopedics, and is joined by Cardiologist, Miles Chater, and Critical Care Specialist, Francisco Mendes.
Both new practices feature four consulting rooms, two theatres, and a dedicated dental and imaging suite, enabling multiple procedures to take place simultaneously. The modern facilities reflect White Cross Vets’ focus on expanding dental services and advanced diagnostics, with spacious layouts that allow visiting surgeons to perform specialist treatments on-site.
The two openings have already created nine new jobs, with plans to expand each team in the future. Across its 23 clinics, White Cross Vets now employs more than 330 people, making it IVC Evidensia’s largest and fastest-growing brand.
Since joining IVC Evidensia in 2018, White Cross Vets has focused on building trusted, community-led practices, many of which have been opened as start-ups in areas identified for their need for accessible, compassionate veterinary care. The two new openings mark the latest step in that ongoing commitment.
IVC Evidensia UK Chief Operating Officer Rob Keates said: “Opening our new practices in Coventry and Stanningley marks an exciting milestone for the White Cross Vets team. Both clinics have been specifically designed to meet the growing need for high-quality veterinary care in their communities, while creating new opportunities for talented vets and nurses to develop their expertise. We’re proud to see our teams already making a difference to pets and their owners from day one.”
